At Craft Baazaar, we take immense pride in the artistry and dedication involved in crafting every piece, from our intricate brassware to our hand-loomed textiles, and we sincerely hope you find as much joy in owning them as we did in creating them. Please be advised that, given the artisanal nature of our work, we do not accept returns and our products do not come with a warranty. We do, however, maintain a strictly defined exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction in specific circumstances. An exchange is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the item delivered is entirely different from what was originally ordered, and all such decisions remain at the sole discretion of our management. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to courier the item back to our facility, ensuring it is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. Please note that handling, repacking, and courier costs may apply and are decided on a case-to-case basis.

To maintain transparency and verify claims, an unboxing video and clear product images are mandatory for all exchange requests. These requests must be sent via email to craftbazaar2@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item. In instances where a direct replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store voucher valid for 30 days, which can be used for future purchases on our website. We also wish to highlight several important notes regarding our operations: orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, and because our products are handmade, they may possess natural imperfections, blemishes, or minor dents that are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for exchange. Furthermore, vintage items are sold as pre-used and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This same restriction applies to all sale items, purchases made during sale periods, and any customised or international orders.

All final decisions regarding exchanges or refunds rest solely with Craft Baazaar, and any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi.
